tZERO Passes SEC Special Purpose Broker-Dealer Exam with Zero Exceptions

tZERO has successfully passed its first regulatory exam as a Special Purpose Broker-Dealer (SPBD), with zero exceptions, just one year after receiving SEC approval. This milestone grants tZERO the right to custody, clear, and trade digital asset securities, as well as offer correspondent services to other broker-dealers — making it one of only two U.S. firms with SPBD status.
