ICE–OKX Partnership Strengthens Institutional Pathways for Tokenized Markets

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), a strategic investor in tZERO, recently announced an investment in OKX aimed at strengthening links between traditional capital markets and the digital asset ecosystem. At the same time, tZERO has developed collaboration with Knowpia, whose $KNOWP tokenized preferred equity is expected to list on tZERO’s regulated trading platform next year. The new ICE–OKX relationship could help form a broader institutional bridge between regulated security-token markets and crypto exchanges. If future regulations permit, $KNOWP could also seek listing opportunities on OKX, further connecting tokenized securities with investors.

tZERO and Nomyx Partner to Bridge Tokenization and Regulated Trading

tZERO Group has partnered with institutional tokenization platform Nomyx to create a compliant pathway connecting token issuance with regulated secondary trading. The collaboration integrates Nomyx’s tokenization infrastructure with tZERO’s SEC- and FINRA-regulated broker-dealer and Alternative Trading System (ATS) ecosystem. Together, the companies aim to provide issuers with an end-to-end lifecycle solution — from capital formation and tokenization to potential secondary market liquidity and on-chain custody.
